Our Level 1 ICF‑Accredited Coach Training is a 60‑hour foundational program designed to cultivate presence, deepen listening, and strengthen the core competencies that anchor transformative coaching. Offered through Well‑Being by Design Coach Training Institute, this training blends rigorous skill development with a supportive, human‑centered learning environment where coaches grow in clarity, confidence, and connection.
Participants engage in live classes, mentor coaching, demonstrations, peer practice, and reflective integration, building the skills needed for the ACC pathway while experiencing coaching as a mindful, relational, and deeply impactful practice.
