“When we step into the forest with intention, we remember that we are not separate from nature—we are part of it. In that remembering, healing begins.”

Nature and Forest Therapy Services

“Reconnect with nature—whether outdoors or online.”

What Is Nature & Forest Therapy?
Nature & Forest Therapy, often called “forest bathing,” is a guided practice of slowing down, awakening the senses, and reconnecting with the natural world. Rooted in the Japanese practice of Shinrin‑Yoku, it is not about hiking or exercise, but about presence—immersing yourself in the sights, sounds, and sensations of the forest.
As a certified guide, I create comfortable /safe, intentional experiences that invite participants to deepen their relationship with nature, themselves, and others.

• Gentle invitations to engage the senses
• Guided practices to slow down and notice the natural world
• Opportunities for reflection and sharing
• Time for quiet presence and personal discovery

Virtual Sessions Available
Many of our sessions can also be experienced virtually. Through carefully chosen imagery, powerful photos, and guided invitations, participants can still access the calming and restorative benefits of forest therapy from wherever they are. Virtual sessions are especially helpful for organizations or individuals who cannot gather outdoors but still wish to cultivate presence, resilience, and connection.
I weave Nature & Forest Therapy into much of what I offer—whether in coaching, wellness consulting, or organizational programs—because reconnecting with nature is one of the most effective ways to restore balance and wellbeing.
