FOUNDATION OF COACHING — A 60‑Hour Coach Training

Live Virtual Classes (via Zoom) — Tuesdays:
• 5:00–9:00 pm ET
• 4:00–8:00 pm CT
• 3:00–7:00 pm MT
• 2:00–6:00 pm PT
• 11:00 am–3:00 pm HST

Weekly Pod Sessions: 1 hour each week for peer support, practice, and integration
Mentoring: Included throughout the course

Tuition: $3,000

ACC Credential Pathway


Students will:

• Complete 60 training hours
• Receive mentoring and real‑time feedback
• Participate in practice labs and coaching demonstrations
• Build a strong, connected learning community

Together, Michelle and Alan create a learning environment that is grounded, supportive, and intentionally designed to help emerging coaches grow with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
 
MICHELLE REUGEBRINK, MCC, NBC‑HWC

Michelle Reugebrink is a Master Certified Coach (ICF‑MCC), National Board‑Certified Health & Wellness Coach, certified MBSR teacher, and a nationally recognized leader in mindfulness, resilience, and well‑being. With more than 39 years of federal service; including 16 years in wildland fire, Michelle brings a rare blend of presence, compassion, and lived experience to her coaching and teaching.
Her leadership roles across the USDA Forest Service and the Office of Personnel Management helped shape national programs in mindfulness, resilience, and internal coach training. Her work has been featured in TIME Magazine, Mindful Magazine, and national documentaries on trauma recovery and firefighter resilience.
Michelle is known for her grounded teaching style, resilience trauma‑informed approach, and ability to create safe, transformative learning environments. She partners with clients and students to cultivate presence, purpose, and sustainable well‑being.
Michelle lives in California with her husband, Bob, and cherishes time with her whole family; her two sons, Preston and Winston; her daughter‑in‑law, Carly; and Casey, Winston’s girlfriend, who is also a cherished part of the family. She is “Oma” to her granddaughter Peyton, who is her joy. Michelle finds deep nourishment in nature, family adventures, and helping others live with clarity and intention.
 
ALAN MYERS, DHA, MA, MCC
Co‑Founder, Well‑Being by Design Coach Training Institute
Leadership Strategist, Executive Coach & Organizational Development Consultant
Alan Myers is a Master Certified Coach (ICF‑MCC), leadership strategist, and organizational development consultant with more than 38 years of experience serving government and public sector leaders. His work integrates coaching, behavioral science, and systems thinking to help individuals and organizations grow with clarity, purpose, and integrity.
Alan has led large‑scale leadership development initiatives, designed executive training programs, and supported cultural transformation across diverse public service environments. He founded and directed a nationally recognized internal coach training program that graduated more than 4,500 participants and earned ICF accreditation, expanding coaching access across the United States and internationally.
As a mentor coach and educator, Alan brings warmth, wisdom, and a deep commitment to helping emerging coaches develop confidence, presence, and ethical grounding. He is passionate about weaving coaching into public health, regulatory systems, and mission‑driven organizations to enhance performance and well‑being.
Alan resides in Maryland, is an avid dancer, a devoted Star Trek fan, and an enthusiastic world traveler.
